To state the obvious, getting control of COVID-19 is proving to be the challenge of our lifetime.
As summer comes to a close and schools grapple with the least-worst option for engaging our children, the virus rages on.
Globally, infection rates are fluctuating, amplifying our inability to control the virus's spread. At SCT, we feel strongly about continuing to do our best to minimize our impact on the potential spread of this insidious virus.
Internally, we continue to practice our enhanced personal and environmental hygiene as well as social distancing. Face coverings will continue to be mandatory throughout our facility. Our non-essential travel will remain restricted for the foreseeable future. We are hopeful that as we gain control of the virus we'll get on to a new normal for in-person business. In the meantime we continue to offer virtual meetings and trainings to stay connected and to educate the AV community on new SCT product offerings.
We appreciate and thank our global partners for their continued support and hope that our efforts assist in regaining normalcy soon.

Connected both DVD and VCR directly to the TV, and set the TV as the audio endpoint 2, video's audio endpoint 2, audio volume 2, and video volume 2. Now when either local source is selected, the system kills the audio going through the speakers (audio endpoint 1), and volume control switches to the TV IR commands. No direct programming to switch. Cabling

All application specific camera and codec/head-end cables and power supply are included in the kit. Standard CAT5e or CAT6 UTP cable is used, eliminating the need for low-skew or no-skew cable to further control deployment costs. Standard UTP-568A or UTP-568B termination is used to reduce errors in the field. SCT provides a power cable 'Sniffer', or any traditional UTP cable tester can be utilized to confirm termination prior to SCT module integration.

Installation

Head-end and camera modules entail small clean metal enclosures to provide secure cable management. Clearly marked connectors for UTP and codec/camera cables insure an easy and properly deployed solution.
